I pride myself on quality and am firm on pricing, but I’m more than happy to negotiate when needed to get things moving. If something is missing or the mix does not fit, call me and we will work through it directly.

Qualifying referrals that sign up through you can earn you up to 20% off while their plan remains active. Eligibility and the applied percentage are confirmed in writing.
10 / Terms & conditions

Terms & conditions.
These working terms explain payment, scheduling, ownership, confidentiality, and the initial service period. The approved proposal or service agreement controls the final scope.
01
Payment and start date
Payment for services is collected on or before the start date. Work can begin the same day when payment is received before 4 PM, or within 24 hours when received later. When organic marketing and a site build are purchased together, organic fees begin after the site is completed, approved, and deployed. Advertising may begin earlier when an approved landing page and campaign strategy are ready.
02
Delivery timelines and cooperation
Timelines are planning reference points, not guarantees. Refunds for completed work are not provided, but payment dates may be adjusted when delays materially move delivery. Delays may result from unexpected technical hurdles, account verification, or missing client information. Timely responses help keep work moving; when circumstances change, both parties will work toward a fair solution.
03
Initial 90-day service period
There are no enforced long-term contracts. An initial 90-day service period—three monthly payments—is required when advertising, Google Business, or hosting setup fees are waived. If all applicable services are cancelled before the third payment, a $1,000 setup fee becomes due to compensate for the additional initial setup work.
04
Month-to-month service after 90 days
After the initial 90-day period, recurring services continue month to month. Seven days’ notice is required before the next payment date because work is planned and performed continuously in advance of the billing cycle.
05
Payment-date extensions
Payment extensions of up to two weeks may be granted and prorated into the next billing cycle. Beyond two weeks, management services may be paused. Existing accounts will not be intentionally switched off or changed in a way that harms performance. Longer accommodations may be considered case by case when the working relationship and circumstances support it.
06
Payment plans
Payment plans may be considered, especially for advertising-only clients. Organic marketing work is commonly scheduled around the seven days before and after the payment date, so split-payment arrangements for those services are considered more selectively.
07
Ownership and access
Once fully paid, the accounts, content, assets, websites, and pages created for you are yours to keep. Scale Motion does not use proprietary access as leverage. You retain access to everything built or serviced. CRM software requires an ongoing platform payment—currently $97 per month without Scale Motion services—or it can be migrated to your own compatible account.
08
Competitive exclusivity
Scale Motion does not cross-pollinate client work and will not work with a direct competitor in an overlapping geographic customer market. Work in the same or a similar industry may be accepted only when there is no meaningful market overlap. Potential conflicts are cross-checked against the active portfolio and should be raised whenever clarification is needed.
09
Data privacy and security
Leads and private or proprietary information collected for you are shared only with you and authorized participants. Scale Motion uses two-factor authentication, business-specific passkeys, and access logging to protect customer, lead, payment, and login information. Final platform capabilities and security procedures may vary by provider.
